KVGM “The Last Wave” 100th Episode Shenanigans (10/11/20)

Do you hear that sound? Can you feel it? The cool ocean breeze in your hair, the salt on your tongue. It’s the smooth crash of the Last Wave on KVGM with your host, Hammock, bringing you thirty minutes of the best video game jams(z) from all your favorite composers and consoles, each and every week from our beachside studio on sunny Aqua City Island. Sit back, relax, and get ready to catch…the Last Wave.

We did, folks – Episode 100! Today we celebrate a milestone with some very special guests, including Rhythm and Pixels, XVGM Radio, Pixelated Audio and the Legacy Music Hour. They brought the heat, and we provided the refreshments. Thanks to everyone who made the journey to Aqua City Island during a global pandemic. And here’s to another 100 episodes!

Enjoy the show, we’ve got everything from race car driving to golf to kanji training to ultimate brain games. But also, if you’re a big fan of video game music that could double as sitcom opening themes, be sure to check out the next episode of Rhythm and Pixels, where I will be jamming out with Rob and Pernell to some handpicked cheesy goodness. It was a blast to hang out and we came up with some pretty great hypothetical sitcom scenarios.
